Caracal Rooted deep into Romanian mythology, this city is living proof that IQs do come in less than zero fashion. Legends speak of a cart full of stupid people breaking down in the area and since they were too dumb to fix it they became the founding fathers of the great city of Caracal, the winter capital of Romania.

What the story doesn't say is that they were also drunk on tuica and high on aurolac.

Facts that prove Caracal's worth: The local cemetery is on "Resurrection Str." (Invierii); The local prison is on "Freedom Str.". There is a square shaped building that has a crane stuck in the centre of it as the builders used that crane to build around it.
